Shipping Policy:
At Vapepapa, we understand the importance of getting your purchase to you as quickly as possible. That's why we offer a 1-4 business day shipping policy for all of our products. If you place your order by 5pm EST, we offer same-day shipping. Please note that this is an estimate and actual shipping times may vary based on your location and other factors such as weather and holidays.
Handling Time:
In addition to our shipping policy, please note that there may be a 1 business day handling time for all orders. This means that it may take up to 1 business day for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility. We strive to get all orders out as quickly as possible, but please allow for this additional handling time when estimating the total delivery time for your purchase.
Shipping Days and Holidays:
We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays. Please keep this in mind when estimating the total delivery time for your purchase.
Adult Signature Requirement:
Please note that an adult signature is required upon delivery of all orders.
Shipping to Physical Addresses Only:
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for your order to be shipped to.
Shipping Carrier Delays:
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to provide updates but cannot be held responsible for these delays.
Route Protection:
For added peace of mind, we offer Route protection for all orders. This insurance covers your order in the unlikely event that it is lost or stolen during transit. If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please fill a claim with Route protection.
